Naruto: Wall Scrolls: Itachi Wall Scroll

Note:  Please check the Sales/Trades post to see if this item is for sale/trade.

Estimated Price: ~$5
Purchased:  Unknown
Source:  SalesmanB2B

This is another wall scroll that I bought from SalesmanB2B.  I had to have it, of course, because it is of Itachi.  It's also a lot longer than most wall scrolls since it's a full body shot.  This isn't my favorite picture of Itachi, but it's not as bad as other pictures I've seen.

I believe this is a bootleg wall scroll.  There aren't any logos, trademarks, or copyrights on the wall scroll like on official merchandise.  Also, as you can see from the picture, it is made of a very shiny material.  I've never seen an official wall scroll made out of any kind of fabric that was shiny.  The fabric also doesn't feel as strong/sturdy as the material used in the official wall scrolls.  Nonetheless, it was a great deal and well worth the money (though I will no longer be buying from SalesmanB2B in the interest of supporting the official merchandise).

Inuyasha: Wall Scrolls: Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha

Price:  ~$10
Purchased:  ~2004
Source:  Anime Convention (Nan Desu Kan)

This is the first wall scroll that I ever bought (and also at the first anime convention I ever went to).  I bought it because it was mainly of Sesshoumaru, who is my favorite character in Inuyasha.  This started my love of collecting wall scrolls.

Sailor Moon: Wall Scroll: Sailor Uranus Wall Scroll

Price:  $19.38
Purchased:  March 26, 2013

Normally I don't spend almost $20 on a wall scroll...but I just had to have this one!  Not only is it of my favorite character, but the art is so beautiful!

One day I will buy the matching Sailor Pluto wall scroll....

Ouran High School Host Club: Wall Scroll: Tamaki and Haruhi + Group

Price Estimate:  ~$10

When I saw this, I just had to have it!  I love Tamaki and Haruhi as a couple, and they pretty much look like a couple here.  They look so cute together!  I also love that the rest of the gang is included (especially Hikaru and Kaoru poking Tamaki with a stick and throwing a rock at him).

Attack on Titan: Manga: Japanese Volumes 1-14

Note:  Please check the Sales/Trades post to see if this item is for sale/trade.

Price:  6020 yen (~$60)
Purchased:  December 2, 2014
Source:  CDJapan

I bought these early in December because I had some points that were going to expire.  I ended up getting almost 2400 yen discount, which basically gave me free shipping (which isn't too bad considering manga is heavy to ship).

Now I just need to find some of those special editions of the No Regrets Japanese manga....

I love Japanese manga:  they're just so much cheaper than the English equivalent (even with shipping)!  I've already spent twice as much on the English Attack on Titan Manga, and I don't even have the same number of books!

Sailor Moon: Plush: Sailor Chibi Moon Collection Plush

Note:  Please check the Sales/Trades post to see if this item is for sale/trade.

Price:  2800 yen (~$28)
Purchased:  December 4, 2014
Source:  Big In Japan

Now that I've bought the Sailor Moon Collection Plush, I of course have to buy the rest.  I actually bought two of Chibi Moon by accident (and both were from shops that don't offer cancellations), but I haven't received the other one yet.

I don't know how, but Sailor Chibi Moon is cuter than Sailor Moon.  Maybe it's because she's younger and she's supposed to be small and cute.

Keychains: Sailor Moon: Pins and Charms Set

Note:  Please check the Sales/Trades post to see if this item is for sale/trade.

Price:  12530 yen (~$125)
Purchased:  December 22, 2014
Source:  CDJapan

I probably shouldn't have bought this, considering the price, but I did it anyway.  Since it was a Premium Bandai item (and none of the usual places I buy from had them in stock), I had to use CDJapan's service request.

Nonetheless, this is a very nice set of pins and charms.  The box is especially nice, and adds a bit of elegance to the item.  Though if you ask me, some of the charms are way too big to wear (but I don't wear charm bracelets anyway, so what do I know)?  The brooch pins are about the size of a quarter (maybe a little smaller).  Under the gold plate in the middle is a bracelet for the charms.

Sailor Moon: Misc: Cutie Moon Rod Proplica

Note:  Please check the Sales/Trades post to see if this item is for sale/trade.

Price:  $75.99
Purchased:  December 16, 2014
Source:  Circle Red

After buying the Moon Stick Proplica, I of course had to buy this one as well.  I bought this from Circle Red since Amazon wanted $99.99 for it!  Even with shipping, I still spent nearly $20 for this by buying it at Circle Red!  Plus I got it way sooner (as I write this now, Amazon says the Cutie Moon Rod won't be available until January 15th).  Circle Red was the better place to buy from anyway; my box came in pristine condition!

I like the Cutie Moon Rod Proplica about as much as the Moon Stick Proplica.  The colors are just as pretty, and just as life-sized.  The handle doesn't seem to be as sturdy though.  The top of the scepter is very heavy, and it almost feels like it could cause the handle to snap.  Fortunately, I just bought this to have and to display, so it's sitting safely on its stand.  The stand actually holds it very well, even though there's not much of it (I read online that some people were having trouble with the scepter falling off of the stand; I haven't had this problem).

Sailor Moon: Figures: Sailor Venus Figuarts Zero

Note:  Please check the Sales/Trades post to see if this item is for sale/trade.

Price:  $69.99
Purchased:  December 16, 2014
Source:  Circle Red

The third of the Sailor Moon Figuarts Zero collection:  Sailor Venus!  I bought this from Circle Red again because, as usual, Circle Red had (and still has) the best price.  I think I like her the best so far.  She seems to be the most in character.

Sailor Moon: Misc: Inners' Pointers Set

Note:  Please check the Sales/Trades post to see if this item is for sale/trade.

Price:  8300 yen (~$83)
Purchased:  July 24, 2014
Source:  Big In Japan

I thought I was going to have to find a proxy in order to buy these (since Premium Bandai limited these to 5 per customer, like they usually do with their highly desirable products), but then I found them at Big In Japan.  I'm glad I was able to snatch them before anyone else could from Big In Japan.

The individual pointers seem to be a lot more available than they used to be, but I'm glad I got the box set.  I think this looks nicer than the individual boxes.  Plus it sparkles!
