This is so old! I think I bought it when I was about 8 years old while at Target with my friend and his mom. This Pikachu toy has two metal sensors on the bottom (you can kind of see them in the picture) that once touched will cause Pikachu to say "Pikachu!" and light up his cheeks. I'm surprised this toy still works after all these years!
